Who is SiggyB?
I’m Siggy—a yoga teacher, breathwork coach, and movement mentor with over 800 hours of training, including 200hr Hatha & Vinyasa, 300hr Vinyasa & Breathwork with Kayla Nielsen, and 300hr Aligned Yoga & Breathwork with Briohny Smyth. I’ve also trained in SOMA Breath (45hrs), inversion training with Patrick Beach, and injury prevention with Jason Crandell. But it was surviving a near-fatal accident that truly transformed my path. Told I’d never weight-bear again, I rebuilt my body through breath, movement, and mindset—proving that resilience is trainable. Today, I help others do the same. My work blends science and soul to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence, whether you’re learning inversions, moving through injury, or reconnecting with your power.
From numb to alive..
There was a time I moved through life with a closed heart—grief tucked deep within me, numbed by over 15 years on antidepressants. The loss of my sister, my best friend, left a silence I didn’t know how to fill. I survived, but I wasn’t living.

Then, life gave me a wake-up call in the most powerful way: I fell 120 feet down a mountain. That fall didn’t just break my body—it cracked something open inside me. In that moment of surrender, something greater stirred. I heard the call to heal, to rise, and to remember who I truly am.

I chose a new path—one of breath, movement, truth, and love. I came off medication, opened my heart, and began the real work: learning to love and care for myself from the inside out.

Now, I live fully—not just for her, but for me. And I help others do the same. To awaken. To rise. To soar.
